In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered to you after it has left us, or if your order arrives in a damaged condition please download, print and complete the appropriate claim form below.

It's Just Not My Colour...
So in the unlikely event that you change your mind then you're welcome to return your item(s) anytime up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply send us an email with your order reference on to let us know. All we ask is that the product is unworn with original tags in place and returned within its protective packaging. Upon safe receipt we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the outbound delivery which is paid to Royal Mail, Fedex or DPD. You will be responsible for return postage costs and we also ask customers to get a free proof of postage receipt.
What if it doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit then you can return it anytime up to 28 days following receipt for an exchange. Simply send us an email with your order reference to let us know. Again we ask that the item is in an unworn state with original tags in place and returned in its protective packaging. Following receipt we will send you out the size you require as indicated in your email. You are responsible for the cost of return but we will send you out the replacement free of charge. We advise all customers to retain a free proof of postage when returning goods.
Customers are also welcome to bring returns to our shop in Sheffield if convenient.
